Fees
Fees for a rental property search:
We charge a non-refundable search fee of £200 valid for up to a two month property search and the balance of £300 paid upon signing of the Tenancy Agreement.
Finders fee for purchase:
£400 non-refundable finders fee valid for up to 5 months search. If a suitable property is found the finders fee will be deducted from the final fee of 1.0% due upon the date of exchange on your property.
